Prima Development Group has purchased a land plot spanning 6 hectares in northern Bucharest, where it plans to develop a large-scale residential project. The developer already owns another land plot of 5 hectares in the same area.

On the combined land plots, the company plans to develop over 2,000 residential units with a gross value of €260 million. The construction works are slated to start in 2025.

“This is a project that will have low energy demands, with minimum impact on the environment and several benefits on the maintenance side,” said Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO Prima Development Group.

The planned apartments will comply with nZEB standards for increased energy performance. In addition, 300 of the parking spaces will have electric charging stations for electric vehicles.

The company has completed to date over 4,000 apartments in Oradea. It also completed two residential developments in Bucharest.
