ITB development is changing the plans of the fourth phase in the Čerešne residential district, YIMBA.sk reports. The original intention has included a hotel or an accommodation facility with hotel apartments Čerešne Inn. Now it is being converted into apartment living. 

The second phase of the AFI Home Kolbenova project in Vysočany in Prague developed by AFI Europe has reached 50% occupancy. The project is offering 327 residential units for long-term rentals.

Crestyl has completed two residential houses in its Prague development district Hagibor. The Gamma building with 138 apartments for sale and the Delta building with 168 apartments for rent have passed the building use approval in July.

StudentSpace, a student housing platform, launched earlier this year by Signal Capital Partners, Griffin Capital Partners, and Echo Investment, announced the start of the construction of its first investments. The company has secured two prime plots in Kraków for the development of two dormitories. Located near public transportation, these new dormitories will provide convenient access to universities and downtown areas, accommodating over 1,200 students. Looking ahead, StudentSpace plans to launch projects in Warsaw, with construction expected to begin next year. These are the first investments by StudentSpace, which aims to build 5,000 beds over the next 3 to 5 years. The company also launched a website and brand identity.

The first stage of the Kolbenova Park residential project in Vysočany in Prague has been completed and approved for use, as the design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has announced. The project consisting of six buildings is gradually executed in several phases. The developer is CPI Property Group.

Dom Development Group has established the Nasz Dom Foundation to consolidate all charitable activities. The Foundation’s work was officially launched with a cooperation agreement signed with the Ukrainian foundation - Housing for IDP. In 2024, Nasz Dom Foundation will donate PLN 3.2 million to support a housing project for internally displaced persons in Ukraine.

Sales of homes funded by bank loans rose by 40% during H1 2024 compared to the same period of last year over the reduction of interest rates and the increase in transaction prices, according to transactions brokered by RE/MAX Romania.

Romanian developer Bellemonde Developement has obtained €21 million in funding from Libra Internet Bank for a residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest.

UBM Development Czechia has completed 3 apartment buildings in the Arcus City residential complex on the border of the Stodůlky and Řeporyje districts of Prague. Of the 66 apartments in the second stage, half of the units are currently available for purchase. 

Romanian developer HILS Development has announced a 28% increase in residential sales during H1 2024 compared to the same period of last year, while revenue was up 25% year-on-year.
