Prochazka & Partners has appointed Robert Bocker, an experienced industrial real estate specialist, as Director, Industrial, as of September, to co-lead the department with Petr Narwa and further develop the division.
Robert Bocker brings nearly twenty years of experience in industrial real estate to Prochazka & Partners, during which he has been involved in leasing more than 1 million sqm of industrial space across the Czech Republic.
He began his career in 2007 at Cushman & Wakefield in the industrial department. In 2011, he joined Colliers International as Head of the Industrial Real Estate Department. In 2016, he returned to Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the industrial team focusing on leasing and tenant representation. In 2020, he became a Partner and, earlier this year, took over the brokerage and business development team.
“Robert brings expertise that will allow us to take our industrial activities to an entirely new level.
