Having delivered nearly 200,000 sqm in the Lublin region, Panattoni has purchased more than 10 ha within the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik and has started construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV. The investment will occupy 53,900 within two buildings and will be delivered later this year. The complex already has 3 tenants, including high-tech manufacturing companies.

Panattoni has purchased over 10 hectares within the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik and is commencing the construction of an industrial park, which will be able to handle a full range of processes - warehousing, logistics, production and e-commerce. Panattoni Park Lublin IV will comprise 53,900 sqm within 2 buildings and will be completed later this year. The park's potential has already been confirmed. By the start of construction, space had been leased to 3 companies, including a high-tech manufacturing company, and Panattoni will prepare the leased space for the company's complex manufacturing processes. The developer will also implement a number of sustainable solutions, including adapting the facility's roof for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

"The Lubelskie Voivodeship is developing dynamically, becoming a driving force for the whole of Eastern Poland. The pro-business attitude of the local authorities, the development of locations such as the Świdnica Economic Activity Zone, access to qualified personnel - nearly 64,000 university graduates a year - and finally the growing volume of modern industrial space, attract the business of a diverse profile. Also not without significance is the Via Carpatia international route, which is still under construction and which, crossing the region, will eventually connect Lithuania's Klaipeda with Greece's Thessaloniki, creating a key transport route for the eastern part of the European Union. In light of this potential, the additional 54,000 sqm of industrial space we will provide at Panattoni Park Lublin IV is excellent news for the region", says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Lublin IV will be constructed on the premises of the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik, located in the direct vicinity of the Lublin Airport, providing a good connection to both the regional capital and the centre of Świdnik. The complex of two buildings will be located next to the Lublin-Zadadabie junction, which is the meeting point of the S12 road - ultimately connecting Central Poland with the eastern border - and the S17, running from Warsaw to Lublin, and in the future to the south-eastern border. The investment will also provide access to the S19 road, which is part of Via Carpatia.

by Property Forum
At Bucharest Business Forum 2026, the closing panel brought together senior executives from residential, logistics, and asset management to explore how Romania can unlock its next phase of growth. Moderated by Ana Dumitrache, CEO, Olympian Parks, the discussion ranged from unlearning old market reflexes and rethinking “location,” to the disruptive impact of AI and the structural gaps still holding Romania back versus peers like Poland. Despite working in different segments, the speakers converged on a few core themes: long‑term value over short‑term volume, community and quality over simple density, and disciplined governance as the missing ingredient for Romania’s full potential.
