Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised.  A second building has been planned and eventually, the park is to comprise 105,800 sqm.

KMC Services, a company specialising in comprehensive logistics services including warehousing, e-commerce services, customs, unloading containers, as well as road and sea transport, has joined the group of tenants at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. The tenant has taken up 15,000 sqm of warehouse space as well as 200 sqm of offices.

“KMC Services has been continuously pursuing its expansion plans, of which one key project is the creation of a comprehensive intermodal north-south link together with the full servicing of the warehousing and transhipment needs of our clients in the north and south of Poland where our company also has warehouse space”, says Maciej Pichór, Logistics Director of KMC Services.

The location of Panattoni Park Tricity V allows for markets to be served effectively both in Poland and throughout Europe. It benefits from its proximity to the Baltic Hub Deepwater Container Terminal and to the A1 motorway, which allows for effective logistics operations and easy access to key transportation routes”, says Martyna Sochaczewska, the Leasing Director at Panattoni.

Tricity Park is to undergo BREEAM certification for a rating of 'Excellent'. The buildings of the complex are to be equipped with solutions for saving water and energy as well as for promoting user well-being. Additionally, green areas are to appear on site including a double line of trees, flower meadows with insect shelters and a pocket park next to the entrance to the offices.
