NRF, the Dutch-based manufacturer and supplier of spare parts, has come to Panattoni Park Tricity West II, where it leased 32,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. It was advised during its search for the optimal facility and the lease negotiation process by Newmark Polska.
Łużycka Office Park (buildings A, B, C and D) and Łużycka Plus, all located in Gdynia, have a new owner - a joint venture of Czech open-ended real estate fund Investika and Luxembourg-based private equity investor Bud Holdings. The price has not been disclosed.

Morska Agencja Gdynia sp. z o.o., a specialist provider of sea, land and rail freight services, will become a tenant of one of the two buildings of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. It has leased 22,800 sqm of warehouse space in a build-to-suit facility. The tenant was advised on the choice of location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The company, which owns the Sinsay, Cropp, Reserved, House and Mohito brands, is to occupy approx. 64,000 sqm in two Panattoni Park Tricity South II buildings, where it will commence operations as early as April 2022. The investment will be designed for online orders as well as service returns.
According to consulting company Walter Herz, the consistently expanding office market of Tri-City has the lowest vacancy rate in Poland currently and the office stock of the Tri-City agglomeration will exceed 1 million sqm after the construction of the ongoing investments is completed.

Panattoni has signed a lease with the owner of the Polish fashion label Tatuum – KAN sp. z o.o. The tenant will take up 10,150 sqm at Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź, moving in by mid-August 2020. The developer also leased 14,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Tricity East III to Omega Pilzno.
