Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Małopolska. Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków will occupy 12,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków is a Polish manufacturer of cards, board games and party games. The company continues the traditions of the Kraków factory, which has been operating since 1947, and specialises in contract manufacturing for publishers from around the world. Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków employs almost 300 people, and its production facilities include a plant in Niepołomice.

"Choosing Panattoni Park Kraków East V was a natural step for us, supporting the further development of the company. The proximity of our production plant was key, as it will allow us to integrate our operational and logistical processes," comments Stanisław Wiązowski, Managing Director, Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków.

Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków will store finished products and semi-finished products used in the production of cards and games in the building. The tenant will commence operations in February this year, after completing the adaptation of the space. An office and social area with an area of approximately 240 sqm is also being built in the facility.

"We have been developing our portfolio in this region for years, already delivering over 353,000 sqm of space that supports local business and the competitiveness of the economy," says Filip Noworól, Development Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Kraków East V is a Class A facility with an area of 30,000 sqm, located in Zakrzów, 19 km east of the centre of Kraków.

Falling rates draw investors to CEE. They must hurry as prime city centre sites run out

by Property Forum
Poland’s recent cycle of interest rate cuts has improved financing conditions and reinforced investor appetite for major cities across CEE. It has also intensified the race for the remaining attractive buildings and development plots in core locations. In this competitive environment, institutional investors benefit most when they work with platforms that manage the entire process from A to Z – from identifying and acquiring the right site or standing asset, through design, permitting and construction, all the way to long‑term operation and asset management, ensuring stable returns on capital.
