P3 has signed a lease agreement with InPost for 10,882 sqm in the P3 Piotrków park. The modern warehouse and office space will be used for logistic processes within services offered by InPost Fulfillment, an operator for e-commerce companies.

A few months ago, InPost leased 6,153 sqm in another warehouse in the P3 Piotrków park for the same purpose. Together with the main sorting facility, the company already occupies over 35,000 sqm in Piotrków.

“InPost is one of the clients that has been operating with us almost since the beginning of the P3 Piotrków park. We always seek to ensure that our customers are able to develop in our facilities, regardless of the market changes and of how fast the scale of their operations tends to move up. Signing subsequent agreements with our tenants as a confirmation that we are successfully meeting this goal,” Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks in Poland said.

InPost Fulfillment is a comprehensive service of handling warehouse processes for the B2B e-commerce market. Within this framework, entrepreneurs can use e.g. the InPost’s warehouse space and automated process of handling orders, as well as picking and shipping them. The facilities dedicated to fulfilment service are located in the direct vicinity of the operator’s main sorting facility, which is also located in the P3 Piotrków park.

P3 Piotrków is one of the largest warehouse parks in Central Poland. It is located in Wola Bykowska, near Piotrków Trybunalski, at the intersection of A1 motorway and S8 expressway. Its location enables an efficient distribution across Poland. P3 owns land which allows further expansion of the park by additional 230,000 sqm of leasable space.
