P3 has signed a deal with FM Logistic to be the first occupier at its new park in Lovosice, close to the borders with Germany and Poland in the north of the Czech Republic. The French logistics company is already a well-established P3 customer, with build-to-suit warehouses at P3 Prague D11 park and on two P3 parks in Poland completed earlier this year. It also occupies space on P3 parks in Romania.

In Lovosice, P3 will provide FM Logistic with 30,000 sqm of build-to-suit space in the largest unit – the 90,000 sqm “big box” - on in the park. As a result, the company will occupy a total of almost 110,000 sqm of space in P3 warehouses across Europe.

P3 announced plans for the new logistics park on the outskirts of Lovosice in August this year and FM Logistic approached the developer shortly afterwards. FM Logistic will operate a multi-customer platform focused on e-commerce activities targeting the German market from its new space.

The construction of the FM Logistic warehouse at P3 Lovosice will begin at the end of the year, with completion due for early summer 2018.

The tender for the Lovosice warehouse, under which FM Logistic selected P3 as its partner, was organised by CBRE.

P3 Lovosice Park will comprise a total of nearly 130,000 sqm on the outskirts of Lovosice. It provides access to Exits 45 and 48 on the recently completed Highway D8. It also benefits from proximity to a railway shipping terminal and a harbour on Labe River. The facility will create as many as 1,000 new jobs in an area of high unemployment.
