MLP Group announced plans for a new logistics and industrial centre in Rzeszów (eastern Poland). The MLP Rzeszów facility will deliver over 52,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space. The investment is scheduled to kick off in the second quarter of 2025.

MLP Group has acquired land ownership and secured an environmental permit for the development of a new logistics and industrial park in the Podkarpackie region. Construction of MLP Rzeszów is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025. This will mark the 17th centre in Poland within MLP Group's portfolio and the 24th overall, including locations in other serviced countries.

MLP Rzeszów will be developed on an 11.7-hectare plot located on Technologiczna Street in Rzeszów. The project is a greenfield investment, meaning it will be built from scratch on undeveloped land. It is planned to deliver 46,700 square meters of warehouse space and 5,400 square meters of social and office areas. MLP Group ensures that all its investments undergo BREEAM and DNGB certification processes, confirming compliance with international environmental protection standards.

"We are dynamically expanding our investment portfolio. In addition to the systematic development of our existing logistics parks, we are set to launch a new project near the Ukrainian border. We are confident that the availability of modern spaces in this region will attract significant interest from tenants. MLP Rzeszów will feature a top-tier big-box facility, meeting the highest standards and, like all our projects, undergoing BREEAM certification", said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board, Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

"Within the MLP Group, we maintain a strong liquidity position. Recently, we successfully completed our first offering of senior green notes worth €300 million. This secures funding for investments across all our key markets, including Poland. In doing so, we are steadily delivering on our ambitious growth strategy", highlighted Radosław T. Krochta, CEO of MLP Group S.A.

The location of the MLP Rzeszów, just 98 km from the Ukrainian border, will facilitate trade with this market. The centre of Rzeszów, located 7 km away, is accessible in just 15 minutes, while Jasionka Airport is only 19 km from the site.

MLP Rzeszów will be strategically located near key road arteries, just 3 km from the Via Carpatia route (S19) and 8.5 km from the A4 motorway. This ensures efficient transport along both the north-south and east-west corridors.
