Manova Partners has announced its repositioning as an independent real estate asset manager. The company was founded in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners and has been part of the Macquarie Group since 2018. As of December 2024, Manova Partners operates as a fully independent entity. Poland is among its key targets in the near future.

Currently, approximately 150 employees manage a global portfolio of 170 office, logistics, residential, and retail properties in 17 locations across Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Asia under Manova Partners’ portfolio.

With assets under management totalling approximately €12 billion, Manova Partners is one of the leading boutique managers in the industry. The company focuses on creating real estate products and solutions tailored for institutional investors and family offices.

The company will be headquartered in Munich and managed by its two co-CEOs Christian Göbel and Florian Winkle. Florian Winkle commented, We are a well-rehearsed team. Christian Göbel and I have been working together successfully for many years. Additionally, we are very proud of our long-term partnership with our investors. We structure our mandates and products within the framework of long-term trends and orient ourselves to client requirements. As a boutique company with a long-standing institutional track record, we can offer customised services that other asset managers no longer offer due to their corporate requirements."

Manova Partners comprises approximately 150 real estate experts representing 15 nationalities. Christian Göbel emphasized, “All employees are partners in our company. This means that the entire team identifies with the quality of our services and the performance of our products. This promotes a culture of shared responsibility and joint success. We want to offer our clients a reliable platform for managing their portfolios characterised by integrity, local expertise and the reach of a global network."

Manova Partners invests in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Australia, and Asia. According to the co-managing directors, the company currently manages approximately €1 billion in committed equity capital and intends to continue targeting the office, logistics, retail and residential property sectors.

In Poland, Manova Partners holds a portfolio of six office properties totalling 75,000 sqm and logistics properties totalling about 540,000 sqm.

Łukasz Pawlikowski, Country Head and Director for CEE & Nordics Property Markets, said: “We have been consistently building our real estate portfolio in Poland for years. The country is a very important market for our group in Europe. Furthermore, we are always looking for promising market opportunities that could further strengthen our market position.”

The property management for Manova Partners is handled by the advisory firm CBRE.
