Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with a logistics service provider at its Logicor Příšovice logistics park near Prague.

Wassa develops, manufactures and maintains packaging systems. It provides logistics services to various industries, including the automotive industry. The company operates on approximately 50,000 sqm of leased and owned space throughout the Czech Republic.

In Logicor Příšovice, it has leased the entire Building A, which includes 9,800 sqm of warehouse space, 370 sqm of offices, 1,500 sqm of covered space, as well as a parking lot for trucks and cars.

After this transaction, only 5,000 sqm of space remains for lease in the park, strategically located next to the D10 motorway and between Prague, Mladá Boleslav and Liberec. It covers an area of 20,500 sqm in two buildings and is intended for production, storage and office operations. Its direct access to the railway allows tenants to establish a freight terminal for seamless multimodal transport.

Logicor's real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic includes over 100,000 sqm of completed industrial and logistics properties as well as land that is being prepared for future development. The company's sites are located in Prague, Pilsen and Příšovice.
