Hillwood Poand has acquired two logistics parks in northern Wrocław from Blackstone-managed funds for approximately €70 million, strengthening the company's position in one of Poland's most competitive and fastest-growing warehouse markets.

Knihobot is expanding and moving into a new industrial space in Prague’s Hostivař. Savills has brokered the long-term lease, with Knihobot set to move in from January 2026.

Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with a logistics service provider at its Logicor Příšovice logistics park near Prague.

Logicor has started the construction of a new logistics park in the Logicor Prague-Průmyslová zone. The park is close to the southern part of the Prague Ring Road connecting the key strategic highways D1 and D11. 

Logicor has signed a lease extension agreement with Auchan Poland, the Polish arm of the French retail giant. The agreement covers a total space of 46,300 sqm – comprising 43,790 sqm of warehouse and 2,450 sqm of office space at Logicor Mszczonów where Auchan occupies the entire Building No. 4.

Industrial developer Logicor has completed the first two buildings in Logicor Bucharest III Pallady Logistics Park, located near Bucharest. 

Logistics developer Logicor has purchased a land plot spanning 4.6 hectares from toy retailer Jumbo for an undisclosed sum.

Logicor has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for ca. 58,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Mszczonów Park near Warsaw. The site is PepsiCo’s largest distribution centre in Poland.

Logicor has signed a leasing agreement with Martex, a Polish distributor of truck spare parts, for a c. 45,000 sqm standalone warehouse at Logicor Będzin.

Logicor has started construction of its first regional logistics park in the Czech Republic. The site, located close to key road networks linking Prague and the city of Liberec, was a brownfield and is being redeveloped in two phases to create two modern warehouses, totalling 20,000 sqm, including 1,800 sqm of office space. One of the buildings will have a cross-dock facility.
