Danfoss Power Solutions, a manufacturer and provider of hydraulics solutions, has renewed its lease for more than 20,000 sqm of industrial, office and social space at Hillwood Wrocław I. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by Cushman & Wakefield.

It delivers systems, products and services for work, propel, control and steering solutions in line with international specifications set by manufacturers of mobile equipment.
Hillwood Wrocław I is a modern logistics park comprising three buildings totalling 84,000 sqm. It is located in Bielany Wrocławskie, 10 km south-west from Wrocław’s city centre and 12 km from international Wrocław-Strachowice Airport. It also provides access to the A4 motorway, the E40 European route (Wrocław-Katowice-Kraków), national road no. 8/the E67 European route (Wrocław-Warsaw-Białystok) and Wrocław’s ring-road (the A8 motorway).
