Echo Polska Properties NV (EPP) has finalised another acquisition – a takeover of Galeria Solna in Inowrocław from a company owned by Libra Project and Acteeum Group. The value of the deal was €55.4 million.
Mitiska REIM has announced a further strengthening of its footprint in the Romanian market with the successful acquisition of the Alpha Property Development portfolio. The acquisition of the portfolio consisting of 11 income producing retail parks and 3 development opportunities was made on behalf of Mitiska REIM’s institutional fund, First Retail International 2 (FRI 2).
Octava FIZAN has finalised the acquisition of 11 properties through the purchase of 30 entities owned by the BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości in liquidation and BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości 2 in liquidation. The new owner of the portfolio was represented by real estate advisor Savills.
Globalworth Real Estate Investments has acquired Building C of the Green Court Bucharest campus developed by Skanska. The gross transaction value is approximately €38 million and the acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2017.
Echo Polska Properties NV announced results Q1 2017 with distributable earnings 3.2% ahead of budget at €16 million. At period end the portfolio was valued at €1.5 billion with a portfolio of 10 retail and nine office properties and two Warsaw-based retail development sites.
Portland Trust and its long term joint venture partner Ares Management have purchased Office Park Nové Butovice in Prague 13 for €65 million. The seller was CEE Property Development Portfolio (CPDP 2). Office Park Nové Butovice offers 36,000 sqm of leasable space.
A Plaza Centers subsidiary has signed a non-binding letter of intent with an unnamed investment fund regarding the sale of the Torun Plaza shopping and entertainment centre in Poland. The LOI binds the purchaser to a strict timeline for undertaking a comprehensive due diligence process which would result in the transaction being completed by the middle of September 2017.
Skanska has sold the office building Five in Prague, to a real estate fund managed by TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft for €50 million. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in Q2 2017, with the transfer of the property scheduled for Q4 2017.
Tech start-up A4BEE has leased 600 sqm of office space in Wojdyła Business Park in Wrocław. Cushman & Wakefield advised the owner for this transaction.
Colliers branch in Katowice has changed its address. Since September the office is located in the .KTW I building on Roździeńskiego Avenue 1a. Colliers has taken the space on the first floor of the building.
Meat2Eat has leased 400 sqm for a new restaurant that it opened on the ground floor of One Tower office building in Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. The building is owned by Romanian developer One United Properties.
