Avison Young has advised M7 Real Estate in the disposal of the Mokotow Plaza office building in Warsaw. The buyer is Vienna-based investor FLE GmbH, entering Warsaw office market with this purchase.

The Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Works Council of Immofinanz issued statements in which they indicate that the offer price of €21.20 per share is viewed as not attractive and recommend that investors not accept the offer by CPIPG for Immofinanz’s shares and convertible bonds.

Tatra Asset Management has acquired the Hexagon retail park in Žarnovice, Central Slovakia from Hexagon Retail s.r.o. The new owner of the Hexagon retail park with an area of 3,600 sqm is a real estate fund managed by Tatra Asset Management, which with this acquisition has expanded its portfolio to 11 retail parks operated under the Lipa Park brand.

7R, the Polish developer of warehouse and production facilities, delivered nearly 400,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified space in 2021, doubling the company’s annual result y-o-y. In the last 12 months, 7R has divested 17 projects to investment funds and real estate companies for a total of nearly €400 million. The amount of space the tenants occupy has also increased, totaling 500,000 sqm. The portfolio of properties managed by 7R now exceeds one million sqm.

Individual investors subscribed to all K-series bonds offered by Echo Investment. The developer will issue securities with a total nominal value of PLN 50 million.

Prologis has acquired additional development land near its existing logistics park in Ostredek, Czech Republic. Located on the other side of the highway running through the site, the addition of another 7.15 hectares with potential development space of 27,000 sqm will take the total park area to 196,000 sqm. This will allow the park to provide even more development opportunities beyond the 8,880 sqm building DC1 currently under construction.

CBRE IM has acquired Building D of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre. The building offers 13,800 sqm GLA and is fully let to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings of 7R Park Beskid, comprising a total GLA of 58,300 sqm, to CBRE Investment Management.

Property group Yellow Tree has acquired an office building near Victoriei Square from a company that is under administration.  

Garbe Institutional Capital is launching a new institutional club-deal strategy investing in science- & technology-led real estate: the "Garbe Science and Technology Real Estate Fund 1" (Garbe STREF #1). The alternative investment fund has a total target investment volume of around €400 million.

CTP has closed a €700 million four-year green bond under its €8 billion euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme. Total demand for the issue peaked at circa €1.3 billion, reflecting the solid reputation CTP has built with investors in corporate green bonds in the 15 months since the company entered the capital markets for funding.
