Evergent Investments, a financial company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), has announced the development of a new mixed-use project in Iași with an estimated value above €100 million. 

With the ending of the acceptance period of its takeover offer for Immofinanz, CPI Property Group announced that it will soon hold at least 53.33% of Immofinanz’s share capital and voting rights.

Area Ingatlan Kft and its co-investor have acquired BC 91 Offices located on Budapest's Váci Road office corridor.

Fortenova Group has signed a contract with Agram Group for the sale of the  Cibona Business Tower in Zagreb. The asset comprises office premises on 16 floors as well as garage areas amounting to 6,700 square meters overall. In accordance with the contract, the pruchase price is not being disclosed.

AFI Europe, an international investment group, is to buy shares in the Towarowa 22 project in Warsaw. AFI Europe and Echo Investment will jointly develop the commercial part of this complex. Echo Investment will independently be the investor of the residential part and the developer of the entire project.

KGAL has acquired Charles Square Center, a multi-tenant office property in downtown Prague, from Commerz Real, the company announced today.

Red Group has sold most of its residential project in Prague 5 to development company Crestyl. It retained only one apartment building out of five buildings. The project should include a total of 200 housing units, ThePrime reports. The value of the acquisition and other plans of the new owner are not yet known. 

Property investor Omer Susli has purchased River Plaza Mall in Râmnicu Vâlcea from Sonae Sierra for an undisclosed sum.

LogStar, the industrial division of local investor Biggeorge Property, has acquired the WestGate Business Park, an 18,000 sqm industrial facility, from Logicor. The seller was represented by CBRE. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

For the first time in the history of its operations in the Czech Republic, developer YIT has entered into a partnership to finance its project. Local investment group RSJ will participate in the implementation of the residential complex Vesi Hostivař in Prague.
