A German rating agency Scope Ratings has assigned a first-time issuer rating of BBB-/Stable to Globe Trade Centre S.A. and its subsidiary GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt. GTC Group also announces green bonds issuance within the framework of the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme launched by the National Bank of Hungary. The senior unsecured debt rating is BBB-. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
Delta Holding has acquired the 29,374 sqm Sava Center congress complex in Belgrade. After several attempts by the City of Belgrade to sell the property, Delta Holding confirmed that it is willing to accept the latest €17.5 million price plus the €50 million of obligatory investment. According to the estimates of foreign consultants hired by Delta, the investment for the renovation of Sava Center will be more than €60 million.
Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical commercial property, announced the acquisition of a 100,000 sqm Class A logistics facility in Poland from GLL Real Estate Partners. The transaction price was not disclosed.
J&T INVESTMENTS SICAV, a fund created by the J&T financial group, has invested in logistics facilities in the Pardubice region. The complexes, which were built in 2009-2012, offer 35,000 square meters of warehouse space and are long-term leased to quality tenants.

South African investment fund RMH plans to invest €200 million in the mixed-use real estate project planned around the Romexpo exhibition centre in Bucharest by Romanian businessman Iulian Dascalu and Atterbury Bucharest, the local subsidiary of South African investor Atterbury Europe (which is 37.5% owned by RMH). RMH will own a quarter of the project, according to Profit.ro.

Romanian real estate developer One United Properties has announced a capital increase of up to €70 million. Following the General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 September, the capital increase was approved at a €380 million pre-money valuation and up to €450 million post-money valuation.
CA Immo signed and closed the acquisition of Postepu 14, a Class A office building located in the Mokotow district of Warsaw, from developer HB Reavis. The property totals around 34,500 sqm GLA and is nearly fully let to tenants such as AstraZeneca and Samsung Electronics. The purchase price is approximately €87 million, with annual gross rental income of around €6.5 million, reflecting a 7.5% gross initial yield.
Raiffeisen Bank International AG will take up 1,500 sqm of office space in Monopol office centre in Warsaw. The lease was negotiated by Colliers International.
