Kromberg & Schubert, the German producer of cables and electrical systems for the car industry, has sold its plant in Timișoara to Continental Group, according to market sources quoted by ZF.ro. The transaction will allow the company to replace its manufacturing operations in the city with research and development activities.
CPI Property Group formed a joint venture with Aroundtown SA and announced a cash offer for the entire issued share capital of Globalworth that the JV did not already hold. The two companies currently own more than 50% of Globalworth’s issued share capital.
AFI Europe has signed an agreement for the purchase of Avenir Business Park in Prague 5 owned by Tristan Capital Partners. Immofinanz has sold four office buildings in Warsaw to the Indotek Group, a Hungarian real estate firm. The buildings have a total rental space of approximately 45,300 sqm. The sales price amounts to €72.5 million.
