Eika Real Estate Fund (EREF), managed by Eika Asset Management, has acquired its first office property in Poland, the Komandorska 12 business centre in Wrocław. The move expands the fund's commercial real estate portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.

WING has completed the acquisition of the Olympia project from Atenor, adding a property complex of approximately 74,000 sqm to its portfolio on Hungária Boulevard in Budapest. The site comprises an operating office building, a structurally complete building, and additional development plots. WING is preparing to reposition the site for mixed-use purposes, with plans that could include more than 500 apartments alongside existing office space and retail and service functions.

Warsaw-based investor and asset manager Syrena Real Estate has acquired the Renaissance Building, a historic property located on Plac Zbawiciela in Warsaw. The building has a usable area exceeding 7,000 sqm, and the transaction was financed by Bank Pekao SA.

British investor Ghai Sant Ram, acting through Ghai Family Holding, has acquired a plot of approximately 30,000 sqm near Pipera Plaza in northern Bucharest from George Becali. The purchase price was approximately €14.3 million and the land was acquired together with a building permit. Ghai Sant Ram plans to develop a residential project of approximately 650 apartments on the site. The deal was brokered by CGA Home Consulting through Cătălin Apetri, the company's CEO and founder, who also serves as Romania Development Director for Ghai Family Holding.

Gránit Pólus Group has closed a €290 million green loan refinancing of the Westend building complex in Budapest, described as the largest real-estate refinancing transaction in Hungary in the past five years and a record for a single property. The financing is provided by a bank consortium led by Erste Bank Hungary and Erste Group Bank AG, and comprising UniCredit Bank and K&H Bank.

CA Immo's management board has resolved to launch a new share buyback programme. The programme covers up to 1,881,792 shares, representing 2.00% of the company's current share capital, with purchases to be made via the stock exchange.

Logis Helena d.o.o. and Tokić d.d., Croatia's distributor of automotive parts and tyres, have signed a long-term lease agreement for an automated logistics and distribution centre in the Sveta Helena Business Zone, near Zagreb.

Croatia's first investment fund dedicated to commercial real estate has made one of the country's larger property transactions, a further sign that domestic capital is moving into a prime segment previously dominated by foreign owners.

MLP Group has completed an additional issuance of €100 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Green Notes, increasing the total size of the series to €400 million. The capital raised will support the Group's long-term growth strategy.

Eastnine has entered into an agreement with Ghelamco to acquire the 40-storey office property The Bridge in Warsaw at an underlying property value of €300 million. The transaction, which is subject to financing, is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2026. The acquisition will make Warsaw Eastnine's largest market.
