Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) has completed the sale of Arkońska Business Park in Gdańsk for €7.8 million. The 11,000 sqm modern office complex was marketed with Savills Poland and JLL as co-exclusive sales agents.

The transaction reflects renewed investor confidence in high-quality office assets outside Warsaw and underlines the growing attractiveness of Poland’s regional cities.

Arkońska Business Park is a Class A office property located in Gdańsk’s business district. Advisors on the disposal included Savills Poland, JLL, Addleshaw Goddard, Arcadis and PwC.

Simon Garing, CEO of SERT’s manager, said the sale is part of the trust’s strategy to reduce exposure to non-core markets and reposition its portfolio. “The divestments of Agrate in Italy and Arkońska in Poland are consistent with SERT’s strategy to reduce exposure to non-core markets and B/C grade office assets,” he commented.

Since the beginning of 2022, SERT has executed over €300 million of divestments of non-strategic assets, redeploying proceeds into higher-value strategies such as logistics, light industrial and data centres.
