Indotek Group has announced the acquisition of three retail galleries in Greece, as part of a strategic push in Southern Europe.

The properties—anchored by leading hypermarket chain Sklavenitis—comprise 67 stores and a strong tenant mix.

“Alongside our retail activity, we continue to pursue growth in the Greek hospitality sector, including the renovation of a hotel in central Athens. This transaction builds on Indotek Group’s ongoing expansion across Southern Europe, with substantial investments in both retail and hospitality in Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Greece,” said the company in a LinkedIn post.

The group operates in 12 countries and manages a portfolio of over 350 properties totaling 2.5 million sqm.
