The EHQ mixed-use complex in the Mlynské Nivy quarter in Bratislava, developed by Immocap, has received a positive standpoint from the Bratislava Municipality. This important milestone enables the developer to continue in the permitting process.

The project includes two solitary masses - the new ZSE headquarters building and the EHQ Residence. The Residential part extends the existing locksmith workshop on Bottová Street, formerly the Design Factory. Architects created a 45° turn to the workshop base with the rounded edges of the apartment floors with 115 units. The building will have three underground and 17 above-ground floors, supplemented by a technological floor.

The new headquarters of ZSE will have three underground and eight above-ground floors with the ground floor slightly recessed. Spaces for amenities and services will be located here, including a customer centre, a mail room, space for an electromobility showroom, catering facilities connected to exterior areas, and services for cyclists. The building will offer an office area of 4.100 sqm dedicated to 777 employees.
