Industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks has announced the extension of its warehouse and office space lease agreement with existing tenant ID Logistics.

The new agreement covers nearly 80,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. ID Logistics has been occupying the space continuously since 2021, providing logistics services for one of its e-commerce clients.

"We are delighted that ID Logistics, one of our long-term tenants, has decided to continue its cooperation with P3 Wrocław II. This proves the attractiveness of this location and reaffirms the cooperation between our companies," says Marcin Gajewski, Senior Development Manager at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.

The facility at P3 Wrocław II has been designed with modern logistics and operational standards in mind. The building has a clear height of 12 metres and a reinforced floor with a load capacity of 7 tonnes/sqm, which enables the storage of heavy loads. The facility features 135 loading bays and more than 900 parking spaces for employees. The warehouse is certified in the Breeam system at the Excellent level. P3 Logistic Parks was supported by JLL during the transaction.

"I am convinced that this space will enable the further growth of ID Logistics and provide comfortable conditions for the team on the demanding Wrocław market," says Monika Woźniak, Senior Director in the warehouse and industrial space department at JLL. According to JLL data, Wrocław remains the third warehouse centre in the country, just behind Warsaw and Upper Silesia. In the first half of 2025, 344,000 sqm of warehouses were commissioned in the region, bringing the total warehouse surface to over 5.2 million sqm. P3 Wrocław II offers its tenants over 30,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
