Panattoni has started the construction of Panattoni Park Poznań East II with an area of approximately 35,000 square meters. The project will be financed by Santander Bank, allocating a sum of €18 million.
MLP Group has signed a new agreement with Santander Bank Polska. The bank has provided it with financing of more than €19 million and PLN 4 million. The funds will be used to refinance the existing warehouse facilities and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Łódź logistics park.
