Geosan Development is launching sales in the Re.Start Petynka apartment building in Prague 6 near Břevnov and Hradčany. The estimated start date for construction is the beginning of 2025.

The Re.Start Petynka residence includes 283 housing units from studios to 4+ kitchen corner, there are also maisonettes and penthouses or special 2+1 apartments ideal for investment. The second floor is occupied by accommodation units, some with green terraces. The developer offers them as an investment opportunity. Compared to standard apartments, they are subject to a 21% VAT rate, which entrepreneurs especially appreciate. The project includes enough parking spaces in the basement and various retail units with shops and services on the ground floor. Completion is expected in about two and a half years after the start of construction.

"More than half of the project consists of apartments of around 46 sqm, which combine enough space with price affordability. Our novelty is 2+1 apartments, ideal for shared living and an interesting investment opportunity," explains Jiří Baloun, Head of Sales and Marketing at Geosan Development.

Geosan Development has been active in the Czech residential real estate market for 20 years. Among its current projects are Rezidence Radimova Břevnov and Rezidence Benkova. It has other projects in various stages of preparation with approximately 1,000 apartments in attractive locations in the wider centre of Prague.
