Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes. 

Geosan Development has announced the appointment of Eliška Koderová to the position of Head of Sales and Marketing based on her expertise in project management, work organisation and real estate knowledge.

Geosan Development is moving its largest residential project to date, Re.Start Petynka, to another milestone. The residence is developed on a long-unused plot of land near the Petynka swimming pool in Prague 6. Now it has received a valid building permit.

Geosan Development has begun implementing the boutique project Benkova Rezidence in Prague's Chodov, two villa buildings offering 40 apartments.

Geosan Development has announced the promotion of Radoslav Rachač to the position of Director and CEO. He is moving to the new position from the previous role of Economic Director and Managing Director, which he has held in the company since 2014.

Geosan Development has received building permission for its new housing project Benkova Residence in Chodov, Prague. The boutique project includes two villas.

Geosan Development is launching sales in the Re.Start Petynka apartment building in Prague 6 near Břevnov and Hradčany. The estimated start date for construction is the beginning of 2025.
