In the next two years Delta Holding plans to invest €600 million in real estate projects in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria.

Delta Real Estate plans to begin the construction of the €200 million Delta Planet shopping mall in Belgrade’s Autokomanda neighbourhood and the €110 million luxurious Delta Centre complex in Block 20, which will include InterContinental Hotel Belgrade, alongside retail and office premises.

Moreover, the company plans to build a new 20,000 sqm headquarters with high ecological standards. The property would require a €35 million investment.

The company is also building two shopping centres in the SEE region. Delta is investing €70 million in Delta Planet Banja Luka, the largest (62,500 sqm) shopping mall in Bosnia and Herzegovina and €120 million in Delta Planet Varna in Bulgaria. Both are scheduled to be opened in the last quarter of 2018.

Last year Delta Holding opened InterContinental Ljubljana, the first five-star hotel in the Slovenian capital.
