CTP will complete the construction of a new factory in Kragujevac, Serbia for one of the world leaders in the production of car components. The investment is worth €16 million and will help create around 800 jobs in Kragujevac in the surrounding places.

The construction of CTPark Kragujevac is progressing at an increased pace. The process of the construction of the industrial park of a total of 25,000 sqm is close to completion and the factory will be commissioned in 2019.

“This January, we started negotiating with a client which had had no presence in the city of Kragujevac. The process of negotiations, land purchase, design, the selection of the contractor and the construction of the factory has lasted for a total of 10 months, which confirms our seriousness and our readiness to meet all the requests made by our clients and to make further investments in Serbia. In addition to the current projects in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and two projects in Belgrade, CTP is also developing new projects,”  says Vlatko Djuricek, Country Head Serbia at CTP.

“The confirmation of our seriousness is the completion of the realization of all 5 projects in four locations with a total area of 150,000 sqm of the most modern production and storage facilities which are largely rented at the moment, and all this is the result of two years’ worth of works. We remain interested in cooperating with all companies in the market and all potential clients which are either already present in Serbia or are planning to enter this market,” Djuricek pointed out.
