Logis Helena d.o.o. and Tokić d.d., Croatia's distributor of automotive parts and tyres, have signed a long-term lease agreement for an automated logistics and distribution centre in the Sveta Helena Business Zone, near Zagreb.
The lease agreement, signed on 7 July 2026, covers approximately 40,000 sqm of logistics space and has a 15-year term. The facility is scheduled to become operational in 2027, following the completion of fit-out works and installation of automated warehouse technologies.
The project is being developed by Logis Helena d.o.o., a member of the Logis One logistics platform of IAD Investments, in cooperation with its Croatian development partner Promat Projekti d.o.o. The development has been designed to support warehouse automation, artificial intelligence applications and warehouse management systems.
The transaction represents one of the larger logistics leasing deals concluded in Croatia in 2026 and confirms the demand for Grade A logistics space in the Zagreb metropolitan area.
