Panattoni Europe commenced the construction of a new distribution centre near Warsaw. Completion of the first part of the investment is anticipated in February 2019. The lease transaction was mediated by the advisory firm JLL.

The facility developed by Panattoni Europe will be the CTDI’s new head office in Poland. The enterprise offers a comprehensive service in terms of engineering, repair and logistics to leading telecommunications companies. The leading area of the company's operations in Poland is the service of mobile devices. The main part in this 14,500-square-metre facility will be the telephone repair area of 10,980 sqm, while the remaining 3,520 sqm will be allocated to office space. The investment will be delivered in the BTS formula – the customised building structure with a glass facade in the office section will be fully adapted for the purposes of round-the-clock operations.

Accordingly, the interiors will feature additional LED lighting, and the temperature will be maintained at 20 degrees Celsius. Moreover, special anti-static (ESD) flooring with will be used in allocated sections.

The new CTDI location will be nearly twice the size of the existing repair space, so the company will be able to take on new staff – on top of the 700 people they employ today.

The park is located in Sękocin Nowy, in the immediate vicinity of the Janki junction on the new S7 expressway. The investment will comprise 2 state-of-the-art Class A warehouse buildings totalling approx. 38,000 sqm.
