GTC has promoted Ede Gulyás to the position of Country Head Deputy, as of August 1, the company announced. In his role, Ede will be responsible for all GTC’s operations in Hungary. His extensive experience in leasing and asset management, as well as in-depth knowledge of real estate, will help steer the company’s growth in the local market. GTC invested €264 million in Hungary, in the first six months of 2021.

As of September 2021, Tamás Sellyey has been appointed Director of Strategy and Business Development at Forestay Group, with a key role in the Group's major expansion plans. His mandate will fully cover organisational and business development processes, increasing the order book for engineering and fit-out services, as well as promoting in-house developments managed by the Group's fund management.

Following the departure of Soren Rodian Olsen, who worked in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 10 years and has recently taken up a new position with a Scandinavian private equity group, a current client of Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff Alson, Head of CEE Capital Markets will be now focusing on operations in Poland as a new Head of Capital Markets Poland and will be supporting the local capital markets management team, comprising Pawel Partyka, Marcin Kocerba and Mira Kantor-Pikus. Their main area of expertise is logistics & retail, office as well as alternative sector and debt advisory respectively.

Colliers continues the process of changes in the company's structure in Poland. After Monika Rajska-Wolińska's promotion to CEO for the CEE region announced on July 1, 2021, the company informs about the appointment of new members to the company's Management Board in Poland. Joining the board are: Marta Machus-Burek (Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for the Corporate Development Strategy), Paweł Skałba (Board Member, responsible for Sales and Client Relations), Piotr Mirowski (Board Member, responsible for Landlord Advisory Strategy) and Maciej Chmielewski (Board Member, responsible for Tenant Advisory Strategy). Tomasz Mika has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1st, by the management board of 7R. He heads the company's financial division and is responsible for finance, accounting and controlling. He will also support 7R's business development in Poland and foreign markets.
