The first quarter of the year in BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was marked by internal promotions. A total of 9 commercial real estate experts who advise clients on a daily basis, working in office, industrial and logistics leasing departments, as well as in property management, investment markets and design consultancy departments, climbed a step up the career ladder.

"Promotions within the company are the most rewarding ones, because they show in practice that BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is a place where many business challenges await you. Our organisational culture is focused on knowledge sharing and provides ample room for development and opportunities to work with people you simply like and enjoy working with. I would like to congratulate each and every one of the promotees on making a step forward and wish them further promotions, of course within BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland", says Erik Drukker, CEO BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

The promotions took place in the PDC (Project and Development Consultancy) department led by Piotr Rusinek, which provides clients with Project Management, Design and Transactional Advisory Services. The positions of Project & Cost Manager were taken up by Mateusz Głowacki and Mateusz Regulski. Przemysław Pyrkowski was promoted to Director of Project & Comercial Management.

Małgorzata Sęk, who had been managing buildings in Krakow and had been associated with BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland for over 7 years, became Portfolio Manager, Jakub Strugarek was promoted to Property Manager and Joanna Urbańczyk was promoted from Senior Accountant to Chief Accountant.

Changes were also made in the Office Agency – Agnieszka Żygieło was promoted to Associate Director, while in the Capital Markets Department Karolina Wojciechowska also took position of Associate Director.

Robert Pawłowski, who has been with the company since 2019, will take up the position of Director in the Industrial and Logistics Department. The second important promotion in this department, which has basically made it through the pandemic turbulence unscathed, is the promotion of Klaudia Biedrzycka to the position of Senior Consultant.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
