Last year, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, supervised by Logicenters, signed lease agreements for nearly 15,000 sqm, which accounts for approx. 25% of the offered finished warehouse space. All facilities are almost fully leased. In order to extend the portfolio with new facilities, a new warehouse is currently under construction at BIK Park Wrocław, which will provide 22.5 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space. It is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.

In terms of new contracts, extensions and renewals, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has signed leases covering as much as 25% of the available space in the past 2021. As a result, all facilities currently offering nearly 60,000 sqm of commercial space are almost fully leased.

“We view the volume of leased space in the past year very positively. This result also confirms that our offer is very well received by tenants. Therefore, we are currently investing in the expansion of the logistics park BIK Park Wrocław. In this centre a new warehouse will be built with a lease area of 22.5 thousand sqm. We plan to complete the construction and put it into operation in the third quarter of 2022. We still have vacant space available. The investment is ideally located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (Kąty Wrocławskie municipality), in the vicinity of the Pietrzykowice junction of the A4 motorway”, says Krzysztof Mucha, Business Development Manager from Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.

The BIK Park Wroclaw investment will offer a high standard. The construction of the warhouse will be adapted for installation of photovoltaic system. As in the first phase, innovative solutions will be applied to increase safety of use and ensure environmental protection. The facility will consist of units, the size of which can be flexibly adjusted to the tenants' needs.

BIK is a Polish logistics developer owned by the NREP NSF IV investment fund. BIK's operations are supervised by Logicenters, NREP's logistics platform. The company currently manages four logistics parks: Logistic Centre Kraków I, Logistic Centre Kraków II, BIK Park Sosnowiec II and BIK Park Wroclaw I.
