Bucharest's office market has experienced last year its lowest level of new space delivered in the past two decades, according to a recent report by Colliers.

Greenstone, a private equity fund, has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in the Format office building from Torus, becoming the sole owner of the property. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
