Mihai Dudoiu is a partner at Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, coordinating the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group. He is advising clients on all legal aspects related to banking & finance matters, having acted as the Romanian leading lawyer in transactions with an aggregated value in excess of €6 billion. He assists local and international credit institutions in financing projects, acquisitions and companies in Romania, in syndicated and bilateral transactions. Mihai is also specialised in restructuring matters and transactions with banking assets, with a particular focus on trades with portfolios of non-performing loans, having advised on both local and regional cross-border deals (i.e. Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro).
