Sorin Preda is the CEO and Founder of Global Vision, a real estate development and investment platform, with strategic projects across Romania and Central-Eastern Europe. Currently, the estimated total value of the under-development business parks, logistics hubs and industrial facilities placed in the proximity of very well-connected European cities reaches €700 million. Sorin Preda’s leadership guided the metamorphosis of Global Vision from a local start-up (2004) to the fastest growing real estate entrepreneurship in Romania (2011) and finally, to a visionary regional player (2022).
