Ferenc Furulyás MRICS

Ferenc Furulyás joined Jones Lang LaSalle as the director of Budapest Capital Markets in 2003. As the development department of JLL, representing the institutional customers, he participated in the sales per value of over EUR 1 bln retail property. Among the most significant transactions he had the Átrium Park, the Bank Center and the Krisztina Palace office buildings and the sales of the 50% of Allee mall. He was appointed the managing director of the company in 2010.
