RSJ Investments announces changes in ownership

The majority owner of RSJ Investments is now the Co-Founder and Head of the Group, Libor Winkler, as another co-founder and presidential candidate Karel Janeček has sold all his shares. Janeček remains in RSJ's sister company, which focuses on stock trading, the daily E15 reports. Neither the group nor Karel Janeček would comment on the changes.

RSJ buys final 50% stake in Bratislava office building

Bratislava's iconic Pradiareň 1900 building is now wholly owned by investment group RSJ, which has bought the entire stake of the other co-owner YIT Slovakia. The total value of the transaction is approximately €35 million. RSJ announced the change in ownership structure on its website.

RSJ plans new development project in Prague

RSJ Group plans to build a multifunctional project in the historical centre of Prague in Revoluční Street near the Vltava River. The competition for the architectural design of the new building was won by Czech architect Eva Jiřičná, who lives in the UK. Czech investor plans fund for financing land for developers

Czech investment group RSJ plans to make it easier for Prague developers to finance the purchase of land for residential projects. Until now, RSJ has only cooperated with developers through shares in their projects but the new RSJ Landbank sub-fund will buy the land instead of the developer, who will take it over only after obtaining all building permits, which in Prague usually takes several years, local daily E15 reports.

New leases

  • In Designer Outlet Warsaw, after a break of several years, the Venezia brand store reappeared. The shop, which opened in a new concept, occupied a space of over 200 sqm.
  • Consulting and Training Consortium, owner of House of Skills and e-learning.pl brands has extended its lease at Bolero Office Point 1 in Warsaw. The new lease agreement for 900 sqm of office space has been signed through 2030.
  • Delivery firm Cargus has leased 3,000 sqm for a new warehouse in CTPark Sibiu. Across Romania, Cargus has 20,000 sqm of warehouse spaces leased in CTP projects.

New appointments

  • Shay Baruch has taken over the role of LivUp CEO, succeeding Roee Shamir, who has decided to pursue new career challenges after completing a duration of 7 years in this position.
  • The Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. has appointed Maciej Klukowski as a member of the Management Board for Real Estate Asset Management.
  • Maciej Kamiński joins the Axi Immo Services team as Head Of Business Development. His main task will be formulating and implementing business development strategies and negotiating and concluding contracts in the company's business area.
