YIT's Happi Milánská project in Horní Měcholupy in Prague 15 has been approved for use by authorities. The company built the project using a system of prefabricated concrete elements.

Besides bathrooms, there was a greater integration of prefabricated elements, such as vertical and horizontal support structures, balconies and lofts. The developer managed to speed up the construction by three months compared to the original estimates. YIT also used so-called green concrete from recycled aggregate in the project. The technology helps to reduce CO2 emissions, in the case of this project by about 5% compared to standard monolithic buildings.

The Happi Milánská house has 7 above-ground and 2 underground floors and a total of 72 apartments available from 1+kk to 4+kk and sizes from 27 to 99 sqm. On the 6th floor, there is a community terrace for pleasant leisure time. New residents will be able to move in this summer.
