White Star Real Estate has taken over the management of Galeria Sandecja in Nowy Sącz. This is another shopping center from the Focus Estate Fund portfolio, where WSRE assumes property management, and the first where it provides two management services in one facility for an external client.

Galeria Sandecja (17,649 sqm GLA) was built in 2009 as the first of its kind in Nowy Sącz. In early 2024, the investment was acquired by the Focus Estate Fund. Since April of this year, the facility has been managed by White Star Real Estate, thereby expanding its diverse portfolio of real estate assets and continuing its strategic partnership with the Luxembourg Fund.

„Our goal is to deliver a thorough spectrum of services to both clients and investors, maintaining an exceptional standard. We are proud that the efforts of our team and the trust of our business partners have resulted in expanding cooperation with the Focus Estate Fund to another shopping centre. Galeria Sandecja stands as the inaugural shopping mall where we offer integrated property management and facility maintenance services to an external client", says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner, Poland at White Star Real Estate.

In addition to the Focus Estate Fund's investments in Płock and Legnica, White Star Real Estate has also been managing Galeria Sandomierz for several years.

„Through our longstanding collaboration with White Star Real Estate, we hold firm assurance that Galeria Sandecja will be professionally managed, with full commitment to providing the highest quality services for our tenants and customers. Leveraging their seasoned expertise and operational efficiency in property management assures us in our conviction that our investment will be conducted in accordance with the highest industry standards. Consequently, Galeria Sandecja will persist as a pivotal retail destination in Nowy Sącz, drawing both local residents and visitors from surrounding areas. Our goal is to create appealing retail environments that seamlessly integrate into the fabric of local communities, and our partnership with White Star Real Estate seamlessly aligns with this strategic vision”, says Maxim Shkolnick, General Partner at Focus Estate Fund.

Galeria Sandecja (17,649 sqm GLA) houses over 70 shops, service outlets and restaurants. Customers have access to 800 parking spaces, including those equipped with chargers for electric cars.
