Office buildings Anděl 17, Panorama Business Center and Victoria Vyšehrad from Českomoravská Nemovitostní's managed portfolio have obtained Breeam International In-Use certification, confirming high levels of sustainability and energy efficiency.

The Anděl 17 building achieved an rating, while Victoria Vyšehrad and Panorama Business Center received Very Good ratings. Savills delivered the certification process and verification of compliance with Breeam In-Use requirements.

"The properties were added to our management portfolio in 2024. We consistently focus on measures that strengthen the stability and sustainability of the investment. Breeam In-Use certification is one of the tools that enhances the attractiveness of the assets and their long-term value," says Pavel Kadera, Asset Management Expert at ČMN.

Barbora Jansová, Senior ESG Consultant at Savills, adds: "As part of the certification process, we reviewed key operational aspects of the buildings, particularly energy and water consumption, indoor environmental quality, and the management of environmental risks. The rating confirms that the operation of the assets is systematically managed and meets the requirements of the methodology, with a focus on long-term stability and sustainable operation."

The office properties are located in accessible areas with direct connections to major transport routes and public transportation. Their location within Prague, together with their technical specifications, meet the requirements of modern office operations, both in terms of accessibility and the quality of the working environment. Stable occupancy levels and long-term lease agreements with established companies confirm the assets' functionality and long-term viability.
