The construction of Bratislava Vydrica by Lucron is progressing. Currently, the sale of offices in office building V3 on the Danube embankment has been launched.

The entire fourth floor of the Vydrica Offices building will be occupied by the Slovak technology company Ximea. Its cameras were used in the movie Avatar, but they are also used by scientific institutions and companies from all over the world, including NASA, MIT University and Apple.

The building offers for sale four floors of offices with an area of 250 to 550 sqm and two retail spaces with an area of 130 and 180 sqm on the ground floor of the building, while the spaces can also be purchased with garage parking spaces and storage spaces. The management of visitors will be managed through an electronic reception with an integrated system.

The developer of the Vydrica project is the company Vydrica Development a.s., which was created as a joint venture by merging Vydrica, a.s. and Lucron's parent company, Luxembourg's Ikopart, while the manager of the Vydrica project is the development company Lucron.

Construction of the office building began in Q4 2023, completion is scheduled for Q1 2025.
