Romanian office developer Genesis Property has named Ionel Purice as CEO. He has previously held the position of CEO of Genesis Development, part of the same group.

Romanian developer Genesis Property says it is supplying all its office and student accommodation projects in Bucharest from renewable sources, following an investment in a photovoltaic system.

Garanti BBVA bank has extended its lease in YUNITY Park project for the next five years, maintaining its 7,200 sqm HQ in the building owned by Genesis Property. With the recent transaction, the lender will reach 20 years of constant presence in the same business campus.

Romanian developer Genesis Property says it is committed to achieving zero carbon emissions for the buildings in its portfolio by 2030. This will be achieved by investments in energy efficiency and production from renewable sources.

Romanian developer Genesis Property has completed the largest renewable energy project in an office park in Romania. The project consisted of the installation of more than 1,000 photovoltaic panels on an area of more than 4,000 sqm, in prosumer mode, on the office buildings’ roofs in YUNITY Park based in northern Bucharest, following an investment of €1 million.

Genesis Property is investing €50 million in YUNITY Park, a mixed-use project in Bucharest with co-working and co-living components.
