Building B at the Warsaw Spark complex and Generation Park Z are the next Skanska office buildings which have received the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This is the fourth and fifth Skanska project certified in Central and Eastern Europe.

Kraków’s Mogilska 43 Office building and Łódź`s Ogrodowa Office building, which are part of Warimpex’s portfolio, have been certified according to WELL Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM In-use with “Excellent” rating. 

Over 230 real estate projects in Romania have been certified to meet health, safety and sustainability standards and the pandemic has boosted the efforts of developers to meet targets for such ratings, according to Colliers.

Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk has undergone the analysis conducted by experts from the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) from New York. Olivia received a maximum score of 25 out of 25 points. According to the owner of the complex, this is the first such result recorded globally.

The offices of BuroHappold Engineering in Spektrum Tower in the centre of Warsaw have been awarded a WELL Certification with a rating of ‘Gold’ for its office in Warsaw by the International WELL Building Institute.
