A CZK 4 billion (€162 million) real estate deal is set to take place in the Czech Republic in 2024, which will undoubtedly be one of the biggest in the next year. Development group Portin is set to sell a set of around ten retail parks whose main tenants include Billa, Penny Market, DM Drogerie and Datart, writes online daily e15.cz. 

The City Point office building in Prague 4 - Pankrác is changing hands. It is being transferred from the hands of the investment company Amundi Czech Republic to the ownership of the domestic operator of coworking spaces and serviced offices WorkLounge. Mint Investments Group was the investment advisor that handled the entire transaction for Amundi. Agents from real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield and law firm Havel & Partners also participated in the deal. The transaction was worth more than CZK 450 million (€18.25 million). 

BO! holding, a group of companies focusing on real estate, investment and development activities, has agreed with Martin Zaremba, the owner of Sting Real Estate Agency and Sting Finance, to purchase 100% of RK Sting and Sting Finance shares. This will create one of the largest real estate agencies in the Czech market. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. 

A global property company, with a strong presence in the Polish logistics market, has acquired from Panattoni three fully commercialized industrial parks, totalling 135,000 sqm for approximately €100 million.

Prague's Arkády Pankrác shopping centre is changing hands. The Czech real estate fund Trigea is buying it from the Israeli company G City for €265 million, according to information from Trinity Bank, newstream.cz reports.

CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has announced updated information regarding the Group´s efforts in reducing and preserving cash, with a focus on disposals.

French retailer Carrefour is in the final negotiation stage to fully purchase Cora’s retail network in Romania and the transaction will be signed later this day, according to ZF.ro. 

REICO ČS Nemovitostní fund (RČSN) has renewed its portfolio. After purchasing the multifunctional property Bořislavka Centrum in Prague and the logistics park Panattoni Park Tychy DC2 last year, it has now proceeded to sell the Office Box office building in Bratislava, one of its longest-held properties. The building was purchased by MOVYS Invest, a Slovak company which focuses primarily on providing services in the telecommunications sector.

British investment company Verdion has sold the building that houses the headquarters of US courier company UPS for Eastern Europe. The 13,600 sqm building has been bought by Safichem Invest, which is backed by Czech owners. Neither party has disclosed the purchase price. The transaction was reported by HN.cz

Atrium has sold the shopping mall Optima in Košice, Slovakia. The company wants to focus on its core markets, Warsaw and Prague from now.
