LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. It will be business complex with offices and service and logistics space, with a total area of 111,000 sqm, as well as green and public spaces. The investment is to be built directly at the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (Silesian Central Motorway) and the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways. 

GLP announced the development of a new warehouse facility in Gliwice known as GLP Gliwice II. The two buildings collectively will incorporate approximately 57,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. This project will be developed in accordance with the BREEAM certification requirements at the “Excellent” level.

Duda Development has sold a Silesian retail park portfolio to a private investor. Avison Young represented the purchaser. The price has not been disclosed.

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has laid the cornerstone for its latest investment in Central and Eastern Europe – Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze in Poland. The ceremony included representatives of the local city council, project partners and the general contractor – Goldbeck CEE North. This class A facility with a total GLA of 77,500 sqm is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

Panattoni has launched the construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new project will comprise two buildings with a combined area of 66,300 sqm. Santander has awarded a loan of €30 million for the development of the park and already half the space in the complex has been leased by Regesta.

European Logistics Investment (ELI) has acquired land in Knurów, Silesia, as part of its expansion strategy in Poland.

Panattoni has completed the construction of a production plant in Silesia. The developer has delivered a 21,000 sqm centre to Hager Group, the leading provider of electric installation solutions and services. The factor will primarily be used for the production of electrical safety equipment. 

Regesta, a specialist provider of road transport, forwarding and logistics services, has renewed its lease for more than 17,000 sqm of warehouse, office and social space in Park Tychy DC1. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.

Panattoni is undertaking another large-scale project in Silesia. The company has bought 26 ha of land and has launched work on its first development in Bytom, which is to comprise three industrial buildings. The location allows for easy access to key cities both within the country and throughout the Central European region.

7R is preparing to start construction of 7R Park Bytom I. The project will be built in the spirit of ESG: it marks the revitalization of 25 ha of neglected land, will have numerous pro-environmental solutions, at the same time the developer has established cooperation with local authorities and actively supports the local community.
