On 3 December 2019, Balkans Property Forum 2019, a conference and networking event for real estate professionals from all over Southeastern Europe will be held in Belgrade. Over 150 guests will come together in the Serbian capital to discuss key issues and explore the latest trends influencing the future of the real estate industry.

CTP will complete the construction of a new factory in Kragujevac, Serbia for one of the world leaders in the production of car components. The investment is worth €16 million and will help create around 800 jobs in Kragujevac in the surrounding places.

Immofinanz assigned Novaston to support the opening of their Stop Shop retail park in Sremska Mitrovica. All four Novaston platform sister companies were involved in the services. Group BIG CEE Serbia entered into a partnership with Fashion Company to acquire one more commercial centre in Serbia, Fashion Park Outlet Indjija. BIG Group acquired the majority of shares (67.5%) in this project, with Fashion Company as the main partner, which holds remaining rights (27.5%).

GTC Serbia opened Ada Mall, its first shopping centre in Belgrade, Serbia. It is the only latest-generation shopping centre in the Serbian capital and covers an area of over 34,000 sqm. This extraordinary shopping mall was designed to provide its visitors with a unique Belgradian shopping experience.

The first building of the Green Heart complex in Belgrade has been officially opened. Nordeus, independent mobile gaming company based in Belgrade, chose GTC’s office centre to create their new studio. To accommodate a team of 170 people, the creator of competitive games leased 6,000 sqm across seven floors with three additional underground levels for parking.

Since the beginning of April Novaston Marketing Consultancy has taken over all marketing activities for Rajićeva Shopping Center in Belgrade, from BTL to PR and digital.
