Gran Via Real Estate announced the acquisition of a new plot in Bucharest for residential development. 

Romanian car manufacturer Automobile Dacia extended its lease for the 69,000 sqm occupied in Pitești Industrial Park, a project owned by Globalworth. 

Muler Onofrei, the former CEO of Element Industrial, joins CBRE Romania in the position of Business Development Director. Muler will focus on the industrial sector, where he has gained extensive experience, previously working for international investors such as ProLogis and Panattoni and laying the foundations of local developer Element Industrial.

Impact Developer & Contractor appointed Constantin Sebeșanu as Director of Development. Tinu Sebeșanu has over 25 years of experience in project development and asset management and will contribute to the company's expansion nationwide

Belgian company WDP, which is developing logistics and industrial spaces, has €116 million worth ongoing projects locally, according to data from the 2020 financial report. Last year, WDP finalised 223,000 sqm of logistics after an investment of €134 million.

Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate announces results beyond expectations for 2020 on the Romanian market. Despite two months of lockdown measures due to the pandemic, the company traded 478 residential units, with a total value of €44.2 million. 

Greek developer Reds has authorized its board of directors to take all necessary measures to complete the sale of the 8,000 sqm land to Vastint, at a price of €11,4 million. The land is located on Splaiul Unirii Boulevard, near the Timpuri Noi Square project, developed by Vastint.
