LCP Properties has finalised from P.A. NOVA the purchase of the retail park's second stage in Ząbkowice Śląskie. Thus, over 1,700 sqm of GLA was added to the previous 9,755 sqm of GLA, which was created in the first stage of the investment, purchased by LCP from the same developer in February 2023. 

Żabka Group concluded the acquisition of a majority stake, forming in a partnership with one of the leading FMCG distribution players in Romania – DRIM Daniel Distributie. The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals. 

After an acquisition of complementary retail assets this year, Immofinanz is again expanding its retail portfolio in the Czech Republic with the acquisition of two properties from CPI Property Group. As the CPIPG holds roughly 77% of Immofinanz shares, this acquisition legally represents a transaction with related parties.

Develia Group has signed a preliminary agreement with Vastint Poland for the sale of the real estate on which the Arkady Wrocławskie multifunctional building is located. The net sale price has been set at €42.9 million (approximately PLN 185.6 million). The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of August 2025. Avison Young has been representing the seller throughout the sales process.

UX (user experience) has in recent years been a buzzword in discussions about attracting retail customers. However, nothing puts consumers’ emotions and well-being to the test more than the pre-Christmas frenzy and visits to shopping centres. According to Cushman & Wakefield’s retail customer experience survey, 42% of Polish respondents say that their shopping experience is impacted by sound and music, with 41% and 38% citing the interior design and lighting in a shopping centre respectively. Over 40% of the surveyed respondents say that they are irritated by crowds and noise when shopping. These are important insights for property landlords and managers responsible for creating optimal conditions that will drive positive shopping experiences.

BIG CEE and RC Europe have reached an agreement on the sale and purchase of two retail parks in Serbia, NEST Obrenovac and Nest Kraljevo. The transaction was facilitated by CBRE, the buyer announced.

Galeria Tarnovia in Tarnów has been bought by a London-based European investment company. The mall has about 17,000 sqm of leasable space (36,500 sqm of total space). The price has not been disclosed.
