A total of 57 housing units in Prague 6 have been acquired by the Prague Archbishopric after signing a contract with the developer Finep.

LivUp, a company operating in the Polish Private Rented Sector, has closed 2023 with a portfolio of over 750 residential units in Warsaw and Kraków.
